WHAT WE DO?

We offer dedicated, professional, and custom tailored solutions to your computer problems. 

No two computers are alike.  Each computer is like a person.  It has its own personality as well

as fair share of problems.  It has its ups and downs.  Sometimes it just doesn't feel well.  This

is where our expertise and experience comes into play.  We can service mostly all brands of

computers as well as upgrading them to the latest or most efficient software, depending on

the user.*  Some of the services and products that we provide are listed on the next page. 

WHEN?

We offer service hours that are convenient to everyone's schedule.  

Our shop hours are:

• Monday- Friday        8:30AM-5:00PM
• Saturday                  9:00AM-1:00PM
• Sunday                     Closed
• Hours other than listed are by appointment only.

Onsite hours are by appointment only unless there is an emergency and you have a current

service plan.  Please refer to your service plan as to the contact information if you need to

have a technician dispatched immediately.

WHERE?

Homes, schools, businesses, and hospitals alike, all rely on computers to record, transact,

and process data.  What happens when these computers or shall we say "machines" go down

or are placed out of service?  Who is affected?  We are.  No longer will you have to take

your computer apart, piece by piece to have it repaired.  We have several methods of

repairing your PC.  

You can:

• Have a technician come to your home and repair it onsite.
• Have a technician to pick up your computer and bring it to the office**
• Bring it to the office yourself.

Companies and home users should have their computers cleaned, serviced,

as expected.  We have all been there.  If it didn't cost you so

much, you would probably throw it through the wall.  But then

you would have to repair that. 

Give us a call.  Our concern is to provide you with services that

accomodate you and get your computer back up and running.  We

pride ourselves on providing A+ service without the costly fees that

other "big" repair companies charge.  You have enough to worry about.
